• Սինդրիկ 200 գրամ

• քացախ 10-15գրամ

• սխտոր

• աղ

• 200g Solomon’s seal

• 10-15g vinegar

• garlic

• salt

Սինդրիկը եփել, ջրից հանել և ձեռքերով քամելով պատրաստել գնդիկներ: Սառելուց հետո լցնել ամանի մեջ, ավելացնել քացախ,սխտոր և աղ: Մատուցել սառը վիճակում:

Cook Solomon’s seal, then take it out of water, squeeze out the water with hands, making balls out of it. Once it is cooled, put it in a plate, add vinegar, garlic and salt. Serve cold.
